Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 2:00 p.m. · Check-out until 12:00 p.m.

A valid ID is required at check-in. Late check-out subject to availability.

Bookings & cancellations

Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp directly with reception.

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the arrival date; a fee may apply within that window.

During your stay

Pool hours: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

Pets: check the current policy before booking.

Guests' visitors must register at reception.

Damages & lost items

Damage to the facilities or room inventory is charged to the booking holder.

Found items are kept at reception for 30 days.
